The 5 Best Acne Concealers Above $100 To Buy In 2019

Acne Concealers Above $100

We might not all have clear skin, but no one has to know. Covering up blemishes—whether they’re from hormonal breakouts or eating too many oily late-night slices—isn’t difficult if your makeup bag is stocked with the right concealer. When shopping for a product to mask acne, look for a formula that’s highly pigmented so it will conceal zits, but also blends easily so it won’t draw attention to other complexion issues like dryness and fine lines.

Sisley by Sisley Phyto Cernes Eclat Eye Concealer

Sisley by Sisley Phyto Cernes Eclat Eye Concealer $477.48

Sisley’s Phyto Cernes Éclat eye concealer is said to erase signs of fatigue by tackling dark circles and puffiness while providing long-wearing coverage for up to eight hours. Containing plant extracts such as red vine, gingko biloba, carrot and caffeine, the fragrance-free formula is specially formulated to boost micro-circulation, reduce fatty deposits, and offer moisturisation in the eye contour area. In addition, nylon microspheres offer soft focus optical properties to reduce the appearance of blemishes.

Puffy eyebags and dark circlesMORE have always been a problem I’ve had to deal with even as a kid. Over the years, I learned that puffiness in the under-eye area was usually caused either by lack of sleep or hereditary fat deposits, while dark circles were caused by poor circulation in the region. Since there was nothing I could do about my puffy genes, my solution was to mask my unsightly panda eyes with plenty of concealer.

Which is why when I first came across the Sisley Phyto Cernes Éclat concealer, I was impressed by the metal applicator it came with, which is said to work by massaging and draining the eye contour to reduce puffiness. Feeling the cool metal tip on tired eyes is rather soothing, and I noticed a slight reduction in my puffy eyebags after a week of regular use.

Estee Lauder ReNutriv Intensive Concealing Duo

Estee Lauder ReNutriv Intensive Concealing Duo Out of stock

Re-Nutriv Intensive Concealing Duo. They have to be kidding about this being “the ultimate” concealer! This is one of the thickest, greasiest concealers around, and although it provides sufficient coverage, it looks heavy and creases endlessly. You get two colors in one very elegant-looking mirrored compact, the idea being to use the lighter shade to disguise dark circles and the darker shade to conceal other flaws.

Mixing the shades is an option,MORE and one that works best given the peachy pink tone present in two of the three available duos. The Light/Medium Duo has the best shades, but this is not a creamy concealer we’d encourage you to try.

CLINIQUE by Clinique Airbrush Concealer

CLINIQUE by Clinique Airbrush Concealer Out of stock

Clinique’s Airbrush concealer is a creamy lightweight concealer. It doesn’t feel like you are wearing any at all. Also, surprisingly it doesn’t look like you are either. It blends easily for a smooth, non-cakey look! It is pretty sheer. It works great on smell blemishes and dark spots. However, it is too see-through to use under my eyes.

I did not care for the packaging/application.MORE Several of Clinique’s products have a built in brush that you have twist to release the product. It takes for forever on the first use to get it started! It is also too easy to get too much product.
